What is a managed service?
A managed service is when a third party partner such as Aspurian supports the management of your IT landscape.

The service is proactive working with you to ensure your technology and business requirements are delivered efficiently. Services are delivered by agreement which allows you to understand costs in advance and operate with a specific budget and billing cycle.
What is the process?
One of our team will discuss your specific requirements and will conduct a summary audit of your existing infrastructure. Once complete a tailored service management proposal will be presented. This will detail the key aspects of the service and include any elements covered in the initial discussions or highlighted during the audit. Once the proposal is accepted a transition plan will be agreed and all lines of communication clearly documented. Service delivery will then begin.
Can you work with our existing team?
We work in partnership with all our clients and often alongside existing IT staff resources. This could be to provide specialist high level skills or assist in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Does the service have any limitations?
The service does not have any limitations but we do work to a fairness schedule ensuring that parties accept joint responsibility for investment in IT resources.
